Why Use NHI

New Home Inspections (NHI) is a wholly owned Canadian Company. We are the only company dedicated exclusively to providing warranty inspections services for consumers who have purchased homes covered under the TARION new home warranty program. Our mandate is to help homeowner's:

1. understand their rights under the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act
2. understand their responsible for completing all Statutory Warranty Forms
3. understand maintenance requirements for their new homes

NHI provides homeowners with an independent and detailed inspection of the property following the guidelines of TARION and the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors.
