Principle Registered Home Inspector (RHI)
Charters Kenny has been providing Home Inspection services to Ontario residents for over 18 years with thousands of inspections performed. He is one of the original members of Ontario’s only recognized Home Inspection Associations and has achieved the RHI (Registered Home Inspector) designation the highest for this profession. He has appeared as spokesperson for the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors on Radio, TV (CBC, TVO, CTV) and has been quoted numerous times in newspapers about the home inspection industry and the importance of the Association. His over 20 years of construction combined with the vast knowledge he has gained as an inspector has allowed him to serve on the Board of Directors of the Association as well as provide training for new Inspectors.
Charters founded New Home Inspection based on a simple principle;
To provide purchasers of new homes in Ontario with fast, efficient Warranty Inspection Services using detailed, user friendly reports that outlining deficiencies for easy submission to TARION. NHI also provides consultation services to help consumers reduce operating costs, and reduce the risk of long term property damage.
All NHI inspectors are RHI members of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) and the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI). They have the formal education and practical construction and design experience required to perform Warranty Inspections using the highest Standards of Practice.
